Job description
You will be the indispensable link between complex client demands and smart architectural and integration solutions in the field of OpenText Content Management (formerly Extended ECM or xECM). You'll contribute to innovative projects where your input directly impacts the success of our organization and that of our clients. You will also:
- Analyze problems and provide targeted advice. You'll delve into our clients' situations, identify their needs, and based on that, formulate advice on architecture. You translate technical solutions into clear, detailed analyses and architectures (both high- and low-level designs).
- Design and co-build. You don't just describe business processes; you also meticulously devise how our solutions fit within them. Subsequently, you collaborate closely with various teams, from developers and business consultants to project managers and other architects, to actually realize your designed architecture.
- Share knowledge and inspire colleagues. You actively share your sharp vision on Enterprise Content Management with both clients and colleagues. As a senior, you are ready to support your team with technical challenges and stimulate their development. And of course, you contribute to documentation and give engaging workshops and demos.
- Innovate and optimize. You proactively think about new, innovative solutions and how we can improve existing systems. You know flawlessly which of our products best fit the client's needs and can communicate this convincingly.
- Communicate strategically. You write clear, high-quality texts for tenders and market consultations, through which you make AmeXio's story resonate and truly stand out.
