NewCold is seeking an OpenEdge Software Developer to modernize our warehouse management system. You will work on Progress/OpenEdge modules, design APIs, and leverage AI-assisted tools to accelerate delivery and quality.
Join cross-functional teams and contribute to scalable, future-ready software in a fast-growing cold logistics environment. You will collaborate across engineering, IT security, and operations to implement APIs and modern development practices while supporting agile ceremonies
Qualificações
- Proven experience with Progress 4GL/OpenEdge development.
- Strong API design and integration skills.
- Experience with AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Copilot, Tabnine).
- Familiarity with logistics, warehousing, or ERP systems.
- Comfortable working in agile, cross-functional teams.
Responsabilidades
- Develop and enhance WMS modules using Progress/OpenEdge.
- Collaborate in cross-functional teams to deliver solutions.
- Integrate APIs to enable system communication.
- Apply AI-assisted tools to improve productivity and code quality.
- Contribute to architectural decisions and long-term scalability.
- Participate in agile ceremonies and continuous improvement.
