Job summary

Jobgether SRL is hiring a Software Engineer focused on Python and Kubernetes, working remotely from the Netherlands. You will build open source operations software to automate and optimize workloads across public clouds and private infra.

The role spans Linux internals, networking, storage, virtualization, containers, and applications, with emphasis on reliability and scalability. You will design and implement scalable Python software, contribute to monitoring and automation, and collaborate

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in CS, STEM, or related field.
Strong experience programming with Python and solving complex problems.
Hands-on Linux administration, package management, and production operations.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain open source operations software using Python with focus on scalable workloads on Kubernetes.
Work across the Linux stack including kernel, networking, storage, virtualization, containers, and applications.
Develop solutions that improve reliability, automation, and operational efficiency of open source systems.
Build and improve monitoring and alerting infrastructure for reliable production operations.
Collaborate with distributed teams to deliver production-ready solutions for cloud environments.
