Job summary

The Netherlands eScience Center is seeking a Community Manager for the Research Software Directory (RSD). This temporary, part-time to full-time role focuses on building a thriving RSD community in the Netherlands and internationally, including events, training, and feedback translation to the development team.

4+ years of relevant professional experience in community management or related field.
Experience building networks and engaging diverse stakeholders.
Experience organizing events, outreach activities, or community initiatives.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain relationships between RSD community, partners, users, developers, and colleagues.
Increase awareness of research software, reproducible research, and open science.
Organize community events and activities to foster collaboration and engagement.
Translate community needs into actionable insights for the development team.
