Job summary

GenScript Delft is seeking a dedicated mRNA Production Technician to join our manufacturing team. You will contribute to producing, purifying, and documenting mRNA products for researchers across Europe, working in a hands-on laboratory setting at the Delft facility.

The role involves executing PCR-related steps, maintaining quality control, and ensuring compliance with SOPs in a fast-paced production environment. English fluency is required.

Qualifications

• Experience with mRNA or oligonucleotide chemistry.
• Experience with PCR, HPLC, or enzymatic reactions.
• Experience with techniques used in isolation and characterization of organic intermediates.

Responsibilities

• Process DNA via PCR, digestion, and purification for in vitro transcription.
• Produce and process mRNA through enzymatic steps.
• Purify mRNA using HPLC, spin columns and related technologies.
