Qualifications

• 3-5+ years in process industry operations for HVK or 5-7+ years for MVK.
• Experience with audits, incident investigations, and KPI reporting is required.
• Demonstrated ability to coach and influence on the floor presence is crucial.

Responsibilities

• Translate global standards into local practices and ensure compliance.
• Deliver safety training programs and toolbox talks for all staff.
• Lead incident management and investigations to improve safety outcomes.
