Job summary

WE Fashion BV is seeking an Online Partner Coordinator to strengthen ecommerce partnerships with platforms like Zalando, Bol.com and ABOUT YOU. You will manage onboarding of product assortments, optimize content and promotions, and ensure products are highly visible and easily discoverable.

In this role, you will collaborate with Buyers, Merchandisers and IT to drive performance, improve data processes, and identify commercial opportunities in a fast-paced online environment.

We pull out all the stops to strengthen and grow our partnerships with online partners. Think of platforms such as Zalando, Wehkamp, ABOUT YOU, kleertjes.com and Bol.com.

As an Online Partner Coordinator, you will be responsible for monitoring and optimizing the data flows between WE Fashion, external integration partners, and our online platforms. You will ensure a smooth onboarding process for our product assortment across our online partners, making sure our products are optimally visible and available. In addition, you will optimize our content across online partner platforms, ensuring that our assortment is presented in an attractive and easily discoverable way. You will set up and optimize promotions to give our collections an extra boost and put them in the spotlight.

You will do all of this as part of our Online Partnerships team within E-Commerce, where you will be challenged every day to become even better at what you do. You will also work closely with our Buyers, Merchandisers, and IT specialists.

Where you make an impact:

• You bring knowledge of E-Commerce, (Digital) Marketing, Business, Commercial Economics, or a similar field through your education and/or relevant work experience.
• You have experience in e-commerce and online partnerships or marketplaces, or have built up relevant knowledge and experience in these areas.
• You are able to identify commercial opportunities and translate them into concrete actions within a dynamic e-commerce environment.
• You analyze processes and results, think in terms of solutions, and contribute to meeting deadlines and driving process improvements.
• You build strong, long-term relationships with internal and external stakeholders and communicate clearly with different parties.
