Job summary

Optiver is seeking an experienced Financial Systems Specialist to own and optimize the OneStream platform globally. You will configure, develop and operate the platform, lead Phase 2 rollout for Finance and Tax, and transition ownership from the implementation partner.

You’ll work with NetSuite, source systems and reporting solutions to deliver scalable finance technology across regions. You’ll collaborate with a global team, build internal expertise, and apply automation and AI to improve

Qualifications

• Hands-on OneStream administration or implementation experience.
• 4–6 years in financial systems, finance transformation or CPM consulting with NetSuite/Workday/Coupa exposure.
• Strong technical capabilities: SQL, data modelling, scripting, APIs, integration tooling and SaaS security.
• Experience delivering OneStream implementations or major rollout phases.

Responsibilities

• Own and develop the OneStream platform end-to-end, including configuration, metadata, hierarchies, rules, workflows, integrations and security.
• Lead the Phase 2 rollout across Finance and Tax, shaping the roadmap and collaborating with regional teams.
• Transition ownership from the implementation partner, build internal expertise and manage vendor relationships.
• Drive platform design and integration, assessing impact across NetSuite, source systems and reporting.
• Own platform support and continuous improvement, including period-close support and incident management.
• Build and share technical knowledge, maintain documentation and mentor colleagues.
• Expand into broader Finance Technology initiatives and scalable solutions across regions.
