Monks, a global digital-first marketing partner, is seeking an agile Creative Producer to lead opportunistic on-the-ground video captures for red carpet premieres, talent press junkets, and fan events. You will scope coverage opportunities, direct mobile shoots, and deliver quick-turnaround video assets for digital channels.

The role requires 5+ years of producing social-first video, expert in mobile rigs and quick editing apps, and the ability to work evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• 5+ years producing short-form video content for social-first platforms.
• Proficiency with mobile camera rigs and rapid mobile editing apps.
• Strong visual storytelling and ability to interview talent at events.
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends for red-carpet coverage.

Responsabilités

• Scope and execute on-the-ground event coverage (red carpet premieres, press events).
• Direct mobile shoots with lightweight field equipment and mobile rigs.
• Edit fast-turnaround short-form video assets for social channels.
• Implement video SEO metadata, captions, and descriptive tags.
• Collaborate with editorial leads to integrate videos into digital features.
