Monks is seeking a talented production designer to advance skills in digital asset and content design. You will craft static visuals for product interfaces, social media, and display ads while collaborating with a global team across time zones.

The role emphasizes pixel-perfect quality, independent ownership, and contributing to multiple production stages, from styling to language versioning and layout optimization.

Qualifications

• Around 6 years of experience crafting digital ads and assets.
• Solid Photoshop and Illustrator skills; Sketch skills are a bonus.
• Master the art of silhouetting and additional retouching skills are a plus.
• Keep files, layers and folders well-organized, even if you’re a creative mess outside of Photoshop.
• Take charge of tasks independently, collaborate with clients, and proactively lead projects.
• Contribute to different stages of production; from styles and layouts to cutting formats and language versioning.
• Creating balanced and beautiful layouts is second nature.
• Look for process efficiencies and handle repetitive tasks while staying focused.
• Well-versed in English, production tricks, and cat videos.
• Clear communicator and happy to work with designers from around the world.

Responsibilities
