Job summary

Bricknest is seeking an on-site Uitvoerder to lead renovation projects in Amsterdam and the Randstad. You will ensure builds are right the first time, manage crews, and coordinate with planners to keep work moving on schedule.

We value strict quality standards, hands-on leadership, and comfort with digital tools in a fast-growing software-powered construction environment. English proficiency is required; other languages a plus.

Qualifications

• Solid experience leading renovation or construction projects on site — as an uitvoerder, foreman, or senior craftsperson ready to step up.
• A genuine eye for quality and detail, and the discipline to enforce a standard rather than let things slide.
• Strong people skills: you can direct a subcontractor crew, set clear expectations, and handle the occasional difficult moment without losing the room.
• Comfortable working with digital tools — we run on software, not paper and WhatsApp chaos, and you'll help us make that work on site.
• Based in the North or South Holland, with a driving licence.
• Working proficiency in English (Ukrainian / Russian is a strong plus, not a must)

Responsibilities

• Running the on-site execution of multiple renovation projects at once across Amsterdam and the wider Randstad.
• Owning quality on site: checking work against a clear standard at each stage, catching issues early, and making sure what we hand over is right the first time.
• Onboarding subcontractors properly: walking each crew through the full scope, task by task, before they start — so nobody builds the wrong thing.
• Keeping the build moving: sequencing trades, removing blockers, and flagging problems before they become delays.
• Working hand-in-glove with our in-house planner and the project lead, all from one shared system — so the plan from the office and the reality on site never drift apart.
• Being a calm, professional presence in our clients' homes (most of our projects are lived-in during the work)
