Job summary

Bricknest in Amsterdam is seeking a Project Manager to take ownership of renovation projects. You will ensure quality and safety on-site, act as a single point of contact for clients, and lead subcontractors. This is a 32-hour role where you'll directly influence project outcomes.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years in renovation or residential construction.
• Driver’s license B and willing to travel within NL.
• Ability to communicate in Dutch and English.

Responsibilities

• Lead subcontractors and guard the critical path.
• Send weekly client updates including progress.
• Inspect on-site progress ensuring quality adherence.
