Job summary

TomTom is offering a 6-month on-site IT internship in Amsterdam. You will install and prepare computers for new employees, support users with hardware and software issues, and manage Active Directory accounts. You will work with a global IT team to contribute to TomTom's strategy.

The role requires being a student in IT/CS/engineering, strong English, and collaborative skills. Office location is Amsterdam; the program provides a monthly salary of €1100.

Qualifications

• You are a student in IT/Computer Science/Engineering/Programming or related courses.
• You are fluent in English.
• You have troubleshooting skills and eager to learn.
• Being enrolled in a Dutch university for the entire duration of the internship.
• You have good communication skills and enjoy teamwork.

Responsibilities

• You will install and prepare computers and software for new employees and help provide the best experience.
• You will support TomTom employees in daily hardware or software issues.
• You will perform some user account management (Active Directory).
• You will assist internal customers via face-to-face, mail, phone, and call tracking system.
• You will align with other Support Engineers in regions to participate in the global strategy.
