Job summary

Longfish Leisure BV is seeking an Assembly & Service Engineer to build and maintain electric safari vehicles and boats. You will work from the production site in Wintelre and also service clients across the Benelux, sometimes abroad, including overnight stays.

The role requires an MBO qualification in Automotive/Mechatronics, strong automotive knowledge, and experience in assembly or service. You’ll travel to client sites and join a small international team.

Qualifications

• MBO (vocational) qualification in Automotive, Mechatronics or similar.
• Knowledge of engines, drivetrains, electronics/diagnostics.
• Experience in an assembly and/or service environments.

Responsibilities

• Assemble sub-assemblies and end products from drawings and work instructions.
• Test and ensure quality, functionality and safety of work.
• Carry out on-site maintenance, repairs and fault diagnosis on vehicles and products.
• Record work, materials and deviations in Simple Simon planning system.
• Contribute ideas to improve the assembly and service process and solve problems.
• Explain work and follow-up steps to clients.
