Job summary

Huawei Europe is seeking an Energy Product Maintenance Engineer (contractor) to provide on-site technical support for new energy products in Rijswijk, the Netherlands. You will troubleshoot, perform root-cause analysis, and implement effective solutions to keep projects on track.

You will coordinate cross-functional resources, travel as required, and continuously learn about emerging technologies and new application scenarios to strengthen problem-solving capabilities and business adaptability.

Qualifications

• Experience in maintenance or development within mechanical, electrical, thermal management, or new energy sectors is preferred.
• Willingness to travel regularly to on-site locations and work effectively in dynamic environments.
• Strong ability to diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues in the field.
• Excellent communication and coordination across teams, functions, or regions.
