Job summary

Reboot Monkey in Veghel, NL seeks an experienced Data Center Technician to support mission-critical infrastructure on-site. This full-time role requires hands-on hardware work, cabling, racking, and coordination with remote NOC teams.

Ideal candidates bring 2+ years in data center/IT infra, strong cable skills, and familiarity with Dell/HP/Supermicro servers. Certifications are preferred but not mandatory. English communication is essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years data center or IT infra experience.
• Strong cabling skills (Cat5e/6/6a, fiber).
• Experience with server hardware from Dell, HP or Supermicro.
• English communication skills are essential.
• Data center certifications (CDCP/CDCS) and networking certs are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform hardware installations, decommissions, and migrations.
• Execute structured cabling (copper and fiber optic).
• Rack, stack, and label servers.
• Do cross-connects and patch panel work.
• Troubleshoot connectivity and hardware issues.
• Document work with photos and notes.
• Coordinate with remote NOC and client teams.
