• Familiarity with DCIM and ticketing systems is a plus.
• Knowledge of major colocation providers is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Perform hardware installations, decommissions, and migrations.
• Execute structured cabling (copper and fiber optic).
• Rack, stack, and label servers in raised-floor environments.
• Create and update cross-connects and patch panels.
• Troubleshoot connectivity and hardware issues.
• Document work with photos and detailed notes.
