Job summary

Restart BV is seeking an experienced Site Construction Planner to support execution, reporting, and schedule management of a major industrial project on site in the Netherlands. You will maintain CSU and construction schedules and prepare weekly dashboards, coordinating closely with site construction management and project controls.

The role requires on-site presence in Groningen Province, an immediate start, and long-term assignment through November 2027 with potential extension.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of industrial construction planning experience.
• Proven experience on large EPC or industrial projects.
• Strong site-based construction planning background.
• Expert user of Primavera P6.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Experience with construction sequencing, CPM scheduling, progress measurement, forecasting and recovery planning.
• Familiarity with commissioning and start-up activities is desirable.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain detailed Construction and CSU schedules in Primavera P6.
• Prepare weekly planning dashboards and progress reports.
• Monitor and update schedule progress based on actual site conditions.
• Identify schedule risks, delays, and recovery opportunities.
• Support look-ahead planning and forecast development.
• Coordinate planning activities with construction management, contractors, commissioning teams, and project controls.
• Participate in site planning and progress meetings.
• Ensure planning deliverables comply with project procedures and reporting requirements.
