Job summary

Rituals is seeking a Portfolio Lead Omni CX to orchestrate the Digital portfolio, aligning product, technology, design, analytics and delivery around clear priorities. You will steer prioritisation, sequencing, and capacity-backed decisions across Digital and Tech & Data, ensuring a transparent and value-driven roadmap.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in portfolio management, product operations, lean portfolio management, program management or a similar role in a digital, retail, e-commerce or omnichannel environment.
• Understanding of Product Operating Models, agile ways of working, portfolio governance and value-based prioritisation.
• Ability to translate strategic priorities into executable priorities while keeping teams focused on outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Own the Digital portfolio governance and decision rhythm, ensuring topics are reviewed and prioritized.
• Own and facilitate the portfolio rhythm, including planning input and roadmap discussions.
• Set and guard standards for portfolio intake, prioritisation, and roadmap decision-making.
• Create transparency on the overall roadmap, including risks, capacity gaps and investment trade-offs.
• Drive a clear intake process for new and ongoing work with clarity on scope and value.
• Facilitate alignment between Digital, Tech & Data and business stakeholders to translate priorities into execution plans.
• Build trust in the portfolio process and keep it pragmatic and transparent.
• Ensure Digital MT and senior stakeholders have transparency to make informed trade-offs.
