Job summary

Allseas Group S.A. seeks a Project Surveyor to map seabed and subsea infrastructure, and to manage surface and subsea positioning and hydrographic survey activities for offshore construction projects.

You will collaborate with offshore survey teams, subcontractors and the operations department to ensure surveys are prepared, executed and delivered in line with contractual requirements. We expect a MSc/BSc in Hydrography or related field with 3+ years offshore survey exposure at project level,

Qualifications

• MSc or BSc in Hydrography (CAT A) or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years' offshore construction survey experience at project management level.
• Strong understanding of surface/subsea positioning and survey data quality.
• Knowledge of GIS software and data processing.

Responsibilities

• Support tender phase by reviewing survey-related contract documents and providing input on qualifications, methodologies, resources, schedules and pricing.
• Prepare detailed survey procedures, clearly defining activities, required resources and deliverables.
• Ensure survey hardware & software resources are available and properly planned for vessels.
• Advise project teams and the Operations Department on survey project-related matters.
• Supervise, review and approve survey deliverables.
• Provide guidance and technical support to the offshore survey teams.
• Ensure survey works are performed in compliance with contract and project procedures.
• Contribute to development and continuous improvement of survey-related processes and management systems.
