Allseas in Delft/Rotterdam seeks a Project Surveyor to support project teams on surface and subsea positioning and hydrographic survey activities for offshore construction projects, including ROV surveys in depths up to 3,000+ meters. The role reports into the Survey department and works with offshore survey teams, subcontractors and operations to ensure surveys are prepared, executed and delivered per contract.

Strong English and GIS knowledge are required.

Formación

• MSc or BSc degree in Hydrography (CAT A), Geomatics, Geodesy, Geophysics, Survey Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years’ offshore construction survey experience on a project management level.
• Good understanding of survey hardware, software, methodologies and data quality.
• Basic knowledge of GIS software and data processing.
• Expertise in seabed and subsea infrastructure mapping.
• Good command of English, both spoken and written.

Responsabilidades

• Support tender phase by reviewing survey-related contracts and providing input on qualifications, methodologies, resources and pricing.
• Prepare detailed survey procedures with defined activities, resources and deliverables.
• Ensure survey hardware and software resources are available and properly planned for vessels.
• Advise project teams and Operations on survey matters.
• Supervise, review and approve survey deliverables.
• Provide guidance to offshore survey teams.
• Ensure survey works comply with contract and project procedures.
• Contribute to development and continuous improvement of survey processes.
