SBM Offshore is seeking a Production Superintendent to lead onshore/offshore production activities in Rotterdam. You will supervise department operations, ensure safety, and drive efficiency and uptime across vessel systems.

The role requires proven leadership, experience in hydrocarbon processing, and strong command of Permit to Work, risk assessments and incident investigations, with a clear focus on training and competency development.

Qualifikationen

• Proven experience and results-oriented career in offshore production.
• Minimum 2 years as Production Superintendent or equivalent in operations.
• Experience with hydrocarbon processing systems and utility systems.
• Supervisory experience of Permit to Work and Risk Assessment.
• English proficiency at CEFR B2 or higher.

Aufgaben

• Manage vessel systems operation at department level with supervisors.
• Ensure safety, PTW compliance and risk assessment execution.
• Promote training and competency assurance across the unit.
• Coordinate with client representatives and sub-contractors for reporting.
• Lead emergency response readiness and incident reviews.
