Job summary

A leading high-tech company in Eindhoven is looking for a Project Manager NPI to guide teams in establishing production processes for high-tech (sub)assemblies in the Analytical and Semiconductor industry. The role involves close collaboration with customers and monitoring quality, logistics, technology, and costs (QLTC). Ideal candidates have a degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field and extensive project management experience. The position offers a salary of €6,000 to €7,500 per month, 40+ days off, and other benefits including remote work options and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum HBO+/WO degree in a relevant technical field.
• Proven experience managing multidisciplinary and complex projects.
• Knowledge of PRINCE2, PMI, or IPMA methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope and set QLTC targets with stakeholders.
• Translate targets into supported project plans with customers.
• Achieve commercial agreements with account management.
• Plan and control project milestones and adaptations.
• Provide periodic progress reports to internal and external stakeholders.
