Job summary
A leading high-tech company in Eindhoven is looking for a Project Manager NPI to guide teams in establishing production processes for high-tech (sub)assemblies in the Analytical and Semiconductor industry. The role involves close collaboration with customers and monitoring quality, logistics, technology, and costs (QLTC). Ideal candidates have a degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field and extensive project management experience. The position offers a salary of €6,000 to €7,500 per month, 40+ days off, and other benefits including remote work options and professional development opportunities.
Qualifications
Minimum HBO+/WO degree in a relevant technical field.
Proven experience managing multidisciplinary and complex projects.
Knowledge of PRINCE2, PMI, or IPMA methodologies.
Responsibilities
Define project scope and set QLTC targets with stakeholders.
Translate targets into supported project plans with customers.
Achieve commercial agreements with account management.
Plan and control project milestones and adaptations.
Provide periodic progress reports to internal and external stakeholders.
