Job summary

KRUSH Labs B.V. is seeking an experienced NPI Project Manager to drive hardware development, testing, prototyping and production for next-gen UAV systems in Eindhoven.

You will lead manufacturing programs, manage budgets, and coordinate across NPI, supply chain, logistics and R&D to align with strategic roadmaps while ensuring disciplined handoffs from engineering to manufacturing.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in electrical engineering, hardware engineering, aerospace or related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of progressive Project Management experience in hardware or electronic manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of assembly, testing, supply chain and quality standards.
• Experience within Aerospace/Defense and Space domain would be a plus.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and deliver manufacturing projects and programs.
• Oversee budgets, resource allocation, risk mitigation, and strategic roadmaps.
• Collaborate across NPI, supply chain, logistics and multidisciplinary R&D teams.
• Lead design reviews with subject matter experts.
• Update the technology roadmap and identify new technical areas for the company.
• Drive handoff from engineering to manufacturing with close collaboration across teams.
• Contribute to proposals and business capture efforts.

Key responsibilities:

• Management and delivery manufacturing projects and programs, blending technical leadership with structured project management.
• Manage project budgets, resource allocation, risk mitigation, and strategic roadmap planning in alignment with company goals
• Ability to work across NPI, Supply Chain, Logistic teams and multidisciplinary R&D environments
• Lead and participate in rigorous design reviews, ensuring appropriate subject matter expert engagement.
• Act as a key technical resource: assess and update the company's technology road map, identify key new technical areas for the company.
• Drive disciplined handoff from engineering to manufacturing through close collaboration with manufacturing engineering, supply chain, and production test engineering.
• Contributing to or authoring proposals and participating in business capture efforts.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in electrical engineering, hardware engineer, aerospace or related field
• Minimum of 7 years of progressive Project Management experience in hardware or electronic manufacturing
• Strong understanding of assembly and manufacturing processes, testing methodologies, supply chain and quality standards
• Experience within Aerospace or Defense and Space domain would be a plus
• Strong leadership skills: ability to understand and collaborate effectively with technical peers, ability to direct the efforts of others, high emotional intelligence with the ability to provide both positive and corrective feedback in a constructive way.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
