Job summary

Kao is seeking an FP&A professional to support financial planning and analysis for the Professional Haircare business in the Nordics within the EMEA region. You will partner with senior stakeholders to drive profitability and financial insight.

The role requires accuracy, accountability and proactive collaboration. In this position you will deliver monthly and quarterly management accounts, support budgeting, and analyse variances to enable informed decision-making.

Qualifications

• Degree-level qualification in Finance, Accounting or related.
• 3–5 years’ FP&A experience in international organisations.
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting and financial planning.
• Experience in the Nordics region is advantageous.
• Fluency in one or more Nordic languages is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Deliver monthly, quarterly and year-end management accounts and financial reporting.
• Analyse sales, margin, cost centre and forecast variances with budget holders and stakeholders.
• Support the annual budgeting process and preparation of audited financial statements.
• Ensure accurate allocation of internal costs and effective cross-charge management.
• Provide timely financial and management information to support business performance.
• Build productive relationships with stakeholders across the business.
