Job summary

Kao is seeking an FP&A professional to support financial planning and analysis for the Professional Haircare business in the Nordics. You will partner with senior stakeholders to drive profitability and provide actionable financial insights beyond reporting.

The role requires accuracy, accountability, and the ability to communicate effectively across teams; experience in cross-functional environments is valued; Nordic language skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in FP&A, financial planning, budgeting and forecasting.
• Ideally 3–5 years in an international, matrix organisation.
• Experience in the Nordics region is an advantage, with ability to navigate local business environments.

Responsibilities

• Deliver monthly, quarterly and year-end management accounts and financial reporting.
• Analyse sales, margin, cost centre and forecast variances with budget holders to identify actions.
• Support annual budgeting process and preparation of audited financial statements.
• Ensure accurate allocation of internal costs and cross-charges.
• Provide timely financial and management information to support business performance.
• Maintain compliance with internal reporting requirements.
• Manage P&L across brands, countries, channels and sectors.
• Provide commercial insight and recommendations to improve profitability and manage costs.
• Support pricing, promotions, product launches and relaunches through profitability analysis.
• Assist GM and Leadership Team with monthly forecasting and financial insights.
• Act as finance SME for commercial and strategic projects.
