About the Role

We’re seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Node.js Developer with expertise in TypeScript, AWS, and AI-driven solutions. You'll join a vibrant and innovative team in Utrecht, focusing on enhancing cloud and web-based streaming applications. The ideal candidate will be proactive, passionate about AI, and adept at managing multiple projects in a dynamic environment.

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 3 years of professional software development experience.
• Strong proficiency in Node.js, TypeScript, and NestJS.
• Experience integrating AI/ML solutions and APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Hugging Face).
• Deep knowledge of AWS serverless cloud infrastructure and services.
• Familiarity with Jest, JUnit, or similar frameworks for testing.
• Solid understanding of distributed system architectures and SOA patterns.
• Proficiency in backend security (authentication, authorisation, OWASP guidelines).
• Experience in Agile start-up environments and mentoring junior developers.
