Qualifications

• Initial experience in hospitality is preferred.
• Ability to create memorable experiences for guests.
• Good knowledge of front office systems (e.g., ASSD, Fidelio, SIHOT).

• Act as a host and create a memorable stay for guests.
• Manage check-ins and check-outs.
• Respond to guest inquiries and provide advice about local attractions.
• Handle operational and administrative tasks.
