Job summary

Grupo Pampling is hiring Sales Assistants for the Pampling Co store in Amsterdam city centre. These part-time roles involve 20 or 30 hours per week with rotating morning and afternoon shifts, starting around September 25th.

You will welcome customers, advise on products, handle payments, and contribute to stock and warehouse operations in a collaborative, brand-driven environment. We value previous customer service experience and a good level of English.

What are we looking for?

We are looking to hire Sales Assistants for our new Pampling&Co store located in Amsterdam city centre.

These are part-time positions of 20 and 30 hours with rotating morning and afternoon shifts, with an expected start date of September the 25th.

Previous customer service experience and a good level of English is required.

Advise and assist customers throughout their shopping experience.

Answer customer inquiries, resolve issues, and process payments at the checkout.

Support inventory management, stock control, orders, and warehouse operations.

Maintain store visual standards in line with the brand's identity and values.

Develop a strong understanding of the product range, brand identity, garment materials, sizing, delivery times, and shipping procedures.
