Job summary

Allergan Aesthetics Netherlands seeks a Commercial Operations Lead to steer the local commercial execution and operational management as the country leader, translating France & Benelux strategy into flawless local execution across Sales, Marketing and business operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences or related field. MBA preferred.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in commercial leadership within pharmaceuticals, medical devices, consumer, aesthetics or healthcare.
• Management of country operations including P&L delivery is preferred.
• Demonstrated experience leading cross functional organizations in a matrix environment.
• Strong understanding of Sales, Marketing and customer engagement models.
• Proven track record of delivering commercial growth and leading organizational change.
• Experience managing complex stakeholder environments.
• Fluency in English and Dutch are required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Netherlands commercial execution and operational management.
