Job summary

objectflor Art and Design Belags GmbH is seeking an Area Sales Manager Nederland. This full-time, hybrid role covers defined sales regions, including Randstad.

You will build relationships with distributors, architects, designers and end customers, visit clients, present product solutions, prepare quotations, and negotiate contracts. You will monitor market trends and coordinate with internal teams on logistics and customer service.

Qualifications

• Proven sales and account management experience with new business development.
• Knowledge of flooring or building materials is advantageous.
• Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Travel availability for up to 80% within the Netherlands.

Responsibilities

• Visit clients and maintain relationships with distributors, architects, designers and end customers.
• Present product solutions and prepare quotations for opportunities.
• Negotiate contracts and follow up on potential deals to secure new business.
• Monitor market trends and coordinate with internal teams on logistics and customer service.
• Represent objectflor professionally at trade shows and industry events.
• Maintain accurate sales reports and meet regional sales targets.
