Job summary

Spektrum, based in The Hague, Netherlands, is seeking a System Administrator to maintain and operate CRS environments and provide frontline service support to CQO customers on NATO missions. The role requires strong PowerShell expertise and a command of Microsoft OS/AD tooling, including WSUS, MECM, and ADFS.

Ideal candidates will have 3+ years post-degree experience for technical engineering degrees or 5+ years for secondary qualifications, plus VMware/OpenStack exposure and CI/CD familiarity.

Qualifications

• For technical engineering license degree, minimum 3 years post-related experience as System Administrator.
• For secondary educational qualification, minimum 5 years post-related experience as System Administrator.
• Mandatory practical experience with Microsoft Windows and Windows Server, WSUS, MECM, Active Directory, ADFS, PowerShell.
• Development and maintenance of PowerShell scripts and of automatic configuration management tools for Microsoft Windows elements like Ansible, Puppet and/or Chef.
• Highly skilled in troubleshooting Microsoft Windows systems (server and end-user terminals).
• Knowledge of VMware stack or Openstack.
• Capable of handling and maintaining CI|CD processes.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and operate all the environments part of the CRS Branch.
• Provide service support to the CQO customers.
• Act as subject matter expert for Microsoft OS and tools suite -Troubleshoot Microsoft related issues and PowerShell based code.
• Provide root cause analysis in case of system/service malfunction.
• Implement and improve new services
