Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 2 and service management support for incidents, requests, changes tracked through ticketing systems and Azure DevOps.
• Respond to, document, categorize and resolve tickets per internal procedures.
• Participate in daily reporting, planning activities, and service-related meetings.
