Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Mid-Test engineer to support the I&T team in The Hague, Netherlands, for the NATO BMD SEIT contract. You will assist the Engineering Lead in planning and executing test activities, documenting results, and coordinating with customers and stakeholders in UK English.

Travel about 20% is expected; the role requires strong English, collaboration in a multinational team, and experience in formal test environments for complex systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in an engineering/technical discipline from an accredited college.
• 8 years’ experience in systems engineering and integration; or a Master’s and 5 years’ experience.
• High ability in speaking, writing, and understanding English is essential.

Responsibilities

• Support the Engineering Lead to lead and perform project test and exercise related activities.
• Participate in execution of tests and exercises of varying scope and complexity as approved by NATO customer.
• Maintain project schedules, estimate test efforts, work with systems engineering tools, and interface with customers and stakeholders.
