Job summary

Leidos in The Hague, Netherlands, seeks a Mid-Test engineer to support the Integration and Test (I&T) team within the NATO BMD SEIT contract. You will assist the Engineering Lead to lead and perform project test and exercise activities across varying scopes.

On-site in The Hague, you will document in UK English and coordinate with programme offices and National Representatives; travel is about 20%.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in engineering/technical discipline with 8+ years of systems engineering and integration, or Master’s with 5+ years.
Must hold a current active NATO Secret level security clearance.
High proficiency in English (speaking, writing, reading). All on-site work conducted in English.
Demonstrates initiative, strong work ethic, teamwork, and a customer-focused mindset.
Familiarity with BMD domain and experience in verification of requirements (JREAP, DIS, HLA).
Experience allocating requirements to test and developing test plans, cases, architectures, and procedures.

Responsibilities

Support the Engineering Lead to lead and perform project test and exercise activities.
Participate in execution of tests and exercises of varying scope, as approved by the NATO customer.
Maintain project schedules, estimate test efforts, and interface with stakeholders.
