Job summary

Rabobank is building a new integration platform for the MDM and Customer Data domains using MuleSoft. You will own the MuleSoft Anypoint Platform and shared infra to enable data engineers, data scientists, DQ, and DevOps teams for secure, scalable integrations with Salesforce and other apps.

In this role you design and build cloud-based infrastructure, support CRM modernization, and drive secure data integrations across environments while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Strong experience administering MuleSoft Anypoint Platform.
• Hands-on with Runtime Manager, API Manager, Exchange, Access Management, Monitoring.
• Experience with CloudHub and Hybrid deployment models.
• Knowledge of Mule 4.x architecture and integration lifecycle.
• Strong understanding of API security, governance, and policy management.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Experience with REST APIs, SOAP services, messaging platforms, and enterprise integrations.
• Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Strong troubleshooting, monitoring, and performance tuning skills.
• Experience supporting CRM and MDM integration ecosystems.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to create operational standards, governance frameworks, and support models.
• Mentoring and knowledge-sharing mindset.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Administer MuleSoft Anypoint Platform across environments (Development, QA, UAT, Production).
• Configure Runtime Manager, API Manager, Exchange, Design Center, Monitoring and Access Management.
• Manage deployment, configuration, and lifecycle of Mule apps on CloudHub and hybrid runtimes.
• Control environment provisioning, configuration, and access controls.
• Support CI/CD integration and deployment across MuleSoft environments.
• Implement platform security controls: OAuth 2.0, JWT, SSO, MFA, mTLS.
• Manage user roles, permissions, and environment-level access.
• Enforce API governance, security policies, and enterprise compliance standards.
• Define MuleSoft platform standards and operating procedures.
• Govern API lifecycle management and asset publication in Anypoint Exchange.
• Assist development teams with onboarding, troubleshooting, and guidance.
• Maintain runbooks, docs, and knowledge repositories.
• Collaborate with Integration Architects, Infrastructure, Security, and Business teams.
• Provide platform health reports and leadership insights.
