Job summary

Rabobank is seeking a MuleSoft Platform Engineer to own and evolve the MuleSoft integration platform behind our Customer Data initiatives, enabling CRM modernization with Salesforce integration.

You will administer the platform across Development, QA, UAT and Production, support CI/CD deployments, enforce security controls, and collaborate with Integration Architects, Developers and Security teams to deliver secure, scalable integrations.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Administer MuleSoft Anypoint Platform across Development, QA, UAT and Production.

• Manage deployment, configuration and lifecycle of Mule applications on CloudHub and hybrid runtimes.
• Manage environment provisioning and access controls.

• Implement security controls including OAuth 2.0, MFA and mTLS.
• Govern API lifecycle and asset publication within Anypoint Exchange.
• Provide onboarding, troubleshooting and operational guidance to development teams.
• Maintain operational documentation and runbooks.

Mulesoft Platform Engineer / Mulesoft Administrator – Customer Data

Shape the new Integration platform behind our Customer Data and support the CRM modernization program. You own the Mulesoft platform and the shared infrastructure/services to enable a secure and scalable foundation for data engineers, data scientists, DQ and DevOps teams.

You & your role

In the upcoming years you directly work on building a new integration platform for the MDM platform within the Customer Data domain using Mulesoft. This will enable teams within the bank to connect and integrate their existing application and new applications like Salesforce (the CRM modernization program). This empowers the bank initiative on Customer 360, MDM, Salesforce integration, event streaming and analytical/ML workloads. As Engineer design and build the secure, automated, cloud‑based infrastructure that enables Data & DevOps teams to deliver reliable, secure and scalable integrations.

• Enabling the migration from Siebel to Salesforce supporting the CRM modernization/migration

• Administer and manage the MuleSoft Anypoint Platform across multiple environments (Development, QA, UAT, Production).
• Configure and maintain Runtime Manager, API Manager, Exchange, Design Center, Monitoring, and Access Management.

• Provide regular platform health reports and operational insights to leadership.

• Experience working in regulated industries with strong security and compliance requirements.
