Everience, a dynamic international consulting group, seeks a Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer to bridge business and technology and lead end-to-end Dynamics 365 implementations across multiple modules. Qualifications

• 5+ years of Dynamics 365 experience in multiple modules.
• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field.
• Proficiency in English and Dutch, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery workshops translating requirements into process models, user stories, acceptance criteria, and solution designs.
• Design, configure, and extend Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions across Field Service, Sales, Customer Insights – Journeys, and Project Operations Core.
• Build and maintain Dataverse data models, Model-Driven Apps, forms, views, dashboards, business rules, business process flows, and automated workflows.
• Design and implement security roles, integrations, data migrations, ALM, and CI/CD processes.
• Lead testing activities, UAT, deployment readiness, training, go-live support, hypercare, and solution documentation.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, developers, testers, integration teams, and third-party vendors.
• Apply governance standards and Microsoft best practices throughout the solution lifecycle.
• Mentor and support delivery team members.
