GenScript is hiring a dedicated MRNA Production Technician for our Delft facility in South Holland, Netherlands. This 100% onsite, full‑time role focuses on producing and purifying mRNA, performing quality checks, and maintaining comprehensive production documentation.

You will work in a collaborative, hands‑on laboratory environment and contribute to ongoing process development while adhering to SOPs and safety standards. English fluency is required.

Qualifications

• Experience working with mRNA or oligonucleotide chemistry.
• Experience with PCR, HPLC, or enzymatic reactions.
• Experience with isolation/characterization of organic intermediates (column chromatography, HPLC, MS).

Responsabilités

• Perform production processes for mRNA and assist with purification and QC activities.
• Maintain accurate documentation of production steps and materials used.
• Collaborate with cross‑disciplinary team to meet short and long‑term goals.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs and health and safety requirements.
