Job summary

Listgrove Ltd in Ede, Netherlands, invites applications for a Mould Engineer. Based on site, you’ll join a multidisciplinary R&D environment focused on mould technology, automation, and product development. You’ll design moulds, develop automation solutions, and support production with technical insights.

The role offers a hands-on transition from operations to engineering, with opportunities to work on Moldflow simulations and in-house or partner-driven automation projects.

Qualifications

• Technical education at MBO+ or Bachelor’s degree level in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics or similar.
• Experience with CAD software and mould design, maintenance or usage.
• Knowledge of dimensional tolerancing, measurement techniques and quality control.
• Hands-on mindset with ability to move from operations to engineering.
• Strong communication and collaborative skills.

Responsibilities

• Designing and developing CAD drawings for mould constructions and automation solutions.
• Conceptual machine design and development of technical solutions for production processes.
• Support Tooling Management with technical issues and mould-related challenges.
• Perform tolerance calculations and tolerance analyses.
• Develop measurement templates and methodologies; interpret measurement reports.
• Design gauges and other measuring instruments; coordinate with mould makers/suppliers.
• Contribute to improvements in existing production and development processes.
