Job summary

Euro Kunststof Techniek B.V. is seeking an experienced Manufacturing Manager with strong knowledge of injection moulding, processes and moulds.

You will lead the production and engineering departments, acting as a bridge between shop floor, engineering, planning and customers. In this role you will drive process improvements, optimise efficiency and cost, coordinate mould maintenance and work closely with account management and customers on technical issues while ensuring safety and quality

Qualifications

• HBO/WO degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Several years of experience in a manufacturing SME environment.
• Knowledge of moulds and tooling.
• Mechanical engineering and engineering processes knowledge.
• Dutch and English, written and spoken.
• ERP systems experience (MKG preferred).
• Understanding of production planning, costs and inventory management.
• Strong organizational skills and decisive.
• Hands-on, communicative and customer-oriented.
• Experience managing smaller teams.

Responsibilities

• Daily leadership of the production and engineering department.
• Responsible for the injection moulding process from mould to final product.
• Optimise production processes for quality, efficiency and cost.
• Coordinate the maintenance, modification, and development of injection moulds.
• Collaborate with account management and customers on technical issues.
• Monitor planning, capacity and delivery reliability.
• Initiate and manage improvement and investment projects.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality and environmental standards.
• Coaching, motivating and developing employees.
