Job summary

Wavin, part of Orbia’s Building & Infrastructure, seeks an Injection Moulding Expert in the Netherlands to drive polymer processing innovations and sustainable solutions. You’ll lead moulding projects and collaborate with suppliers to advance customer-centric, climate-resilient products.

You’ll report to the Technology Manager of Wavin T&I and work in an international, growth-oriented environment. Fluent English and German are required, with travel about 10–20%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or University degree in Mechanical Engineering or Polymer Engineering.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in injection moulding projects; includes team and project management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; independent and proactive.

Responsibilities

• Provide injection moulding expertise and process know-how to support product innovation.
• Lead projects and development in injection moulding technology.
• Coordinate with suppliers and mould makers for new business opportunities.
• Perform simulations and interpret results to optimize designs.
• Work independently or as part of a team to meet business goals.
