Job summary

Fitz-Roy Urban Hotel, Bar and Garden in Maastricht is seeking a part-time Breakfast Chef for 16-20 hours per week. You will join a young and enthusiastic team, preparing a variety of à la carte breakfast dishes for hotel guests and visitors.

Shifts run from 07:30 to 11:30, four or five mornings per week, with focus on quality, perfection and top service. We offer a competitive salary based on experience and a travel allowance.

Qualifications

• Morning person and enthusiastic team player.
• Willingness to work 4 or 5 mornings a week.
• Shifts 07:30–11:30.

Responsibilities

• Prepare various à la carte breakfast dishes for hotel guests and visitors.
• Work with a young, ambitious team to ensure top service.
• Contribute to quality, perfection and a positive breakfast experience.
• Participate in trainings and workshops to develop culinary skills.
