Qualifications
- Excellent command of Dutch and English (German a plus).
- Technically minded moped enthusiast with a passion for e-commerce.
- Able to work full-time in the Wageningen region and collaborate across teams.
Responsibilities
- Answer customer questions via WhatsApp and email to help choose parts.
- Take product photos in the in-house studio and ensure a professional shop presentation.
- Write clear, technical product descriptions that benefit customers.
- Add new products and enrich them with accurate attributes and specifications.
- Coordinate with Purchasing about stock and with E-commerce about website improvements.
- Check that technical information in the shop is up-to-date and correct.
