Job summary

HQ Group in Veldhoven zoekt een Assemblage- en Reparatietechnicus. Je maakt en inspecteert onderdelen volgens tekeningen, assembleert, repareert en verpakt fragiele onderdelen voor internationaal transport.

Je werkt in twee ploegen met 18% ploegentoeslag, fulltime en uitzicht op vast dienstverband. Relevante mbo-niveau en ervaring met gereedschappen en tekeningen zijn vereist.

Qualifications

• Ervaring met assemblage en inspectie van onderdelen.
• Vaardigheid in lezen van technische tekeningen en werkinstructies.

Responsibilities

• Assembleert technische onderdelen volgens tekeningen en werkinstructies.
• Repareert en controleert kunststof, metaal en houten delen.
• Verpakt fragiele onderdelen in grote kratten voor internationaal transport.
• Voert kwaliteitscontroles uit tijdens en na het werk.
• Werkt met zware gereedschappen zoals kolomboor of zaag.
• Geeft gebreken of afwijkingen door aan supervisor.
• Houdt werkplek schoon en veilig.

• Assembling technical parts according to drawings and work instructions
• Repairing and checking plastic, metal and wooden parts
• Packing fragile parts in large crates for international transport
• Carrying out quality checks during and after the work
• Working with heavier tools, such as a column drill or wall saw
• Reporting defects or deviations to your supervisor
• Keeping your workplace clean and safe

You work full-time in a 2-shift schedule:

• Morning shift: 06:00 to 15:00
• Afternoon/evening shift: 15:00 to 00:00

You receive an 18% shift allowance for working in shifts.
