Job summary

ViCentra is seeking a Mobile Engineering Manager to own and evolve the Kaleido App and its mobile engineering function. You will drive the transition from an external partner to internal ownership, establish development processes, and ensure regulatory compliance in a fast‑growing MedTech environment.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in medical device software development and regulatory environments.
• Proven track record leading mobile engineering teams across platforms (Android/iOS).
• Deep knowledge of ISO 13485, IEC 62304, IEC 62366 and FDA/21 CFR 820.
• Experience bringing externally developed software in-house and scaling teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the transition of a medically regulated mobile app from external development to internal ownership.
• Define and improve mobile software development processes in a regulated environment.
• Build and scale a mobile engineering team (target ~10 people) across Android and iOS.
