Job summary

Wellis Health is seeking a Mobile Developer to own the mobile experience across iOS and Android, translating designs into seamless native experiences and delivering a scalable, content-rich wellness app.

You'll work with backend teams on a GCP-based API-first platform, implement localization, and ensure performance and security for health data while shaping mobile strategy with product and leadership.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on native mobile app development (iOS and Android).
• Experience shipping complex, content-rich apps beyond basic e‑commerce.
• Backend/API integration with cloud platforms (GCP preferred).
• Strong collaboration with product, design, and data teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the Wellis mobile app end-to-end from MVP to mature product.
• Translate designs from Figma into native iOS and Android experiences.
• Build features around health, wellness, and coaching.
• Integrate with HealthKit, Google Fit, wearables, and APIs.
• Collaborate with backend teams to connect to a GCP API-first platform.
• Implement localization for multi-market capabilities.
• Ensure performance, reliability, and security of health data.
• Advise on mobile strategy with product, UX, and leadership.
