Job summary

Nedap is seeking an Enterprise Trust Lead in Groenlo, Netherlands. This hands-on leadership role shapes and scales our Enterprise Trust capability across SaaS solutions, collaborating with Product, Engineering, Security, Privacy, Legal and Sales to ensure trust is embedded in every product and process.

You will spend ~40% of time on strategic enterprise customers and opportunities, while strengthening governance, certifications and customer assurance across the organization.

Qualifications

• Experience with modern SaaS architectures.
• Experience with enterprise security frameworks such as ISO 27001 and SOC 2.
• Ability to translate technical and business perspectives into practical security solutions.
• Strong collaboration across Product, Engineering, Security and Legal.
• Excellent communication with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Define the vision, roadmap and priorities for Enterprise Trust across our SaaS solutions.
• Review security architecture and shape customer trust documentation with Product and Engineering.
• Guide strategic customers through security assessments, procurement and contracting.
• Bring together Product, Engineering, Information Security, Privacy, Legal and Sales to address enterprise requirements.
• Translate frameworks like ISO 27001, SOC 2 and privacy regulations into practical engineering practices.
• Strengthen our Enterprise Trust capability and coordinate certifications.
