Job summary

Misti in Arnhem is seeking an enthusiastic welder to perform MIG/MAG welding and assemble steel constructions in our ship repair and crane-producing environment. You will work on new products and ship installations, applying quality-focused workmanship.

The role offers a stable team, opportunities for training, and development within a dynamic company. Excellent secondary employment conditions under the Metal & Technology CAO and potential profit sharing.

Qualifications

• Experience with MIG/MAG welding.
• Experience with shipbuilding, crane construction and large steel structures.
• Knowledge of welding, fabrication and steel construction work.
• Enthusiastic, hardworking and willing to develop yourself.
• Work accurately with an eye for quality.
• Preferably hold a category B and BE driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Perform welding and steel construction work on new products.
• Perform installation work on board ships.
• Think proactively and solution-oriented about technical challenges that arise.
• Carry out your work safely for yourself and those around you.
• Report your findings and completed work.
