Job summary

Je leest technische tekeningen, stelt lasapparatuur in en werkt in een 2-ploegdienst met uitzicht op een vast contract. Een professionele, vriendelijke teamcultuur en ruimte voor ontwikkeling worden geboden.

Qualifications

• Aantoonbare MIG/MAG-lasserervaring.
• Ervaring met lassen van staalconstructies.
• Vaardigheid in het lezen van technische tekeningen.
• Ervaring in een productie-omgeving.
• Goede technische inzichten en oog voor detail.
• Goede beheersing van de Engelse taal.
• Bereidheid tot werken in een 2-ploegendienst (met mogelijk toekomstige 3-ploeg).

Responsibilities

• Voer MIG/MAG-lassen uit aan stalen frameconstructies.
• Lees en interpreteer technische tekeningen en lasinstructies.
• Monteer producten volgens specificaties.
• Stel lasapparatuur in en bedien deze.
• Inspecteer laskwaliteit en maatvoering.
• Bereid eindproducten voor op kwaliteitscontrole.
• Behoud een schone, veilige en georganiseerde werkruimte.
• Draag bij aan verbeterinitiatieven.

Are you an experienced MIG/MAG Welder looking for a stable, long-term opportunity in high-tech manufacturing?

As a Welder, you will be responsible for assembling and welding high-quality steel frame constructions based on technical drawings and welding instructions. Working in a modern production environment, you will contribute to products that require precision, craftsmanship, and consistent quality.

Your responsibilities

• Perform MIG/MAG welding on steel frame constructions
• Read and interpret technical drawings and welding instructions
• Assemble products according to specifications
• Set up and operate welding equipment
• Inspect weld quality and dimensional accuracy
• Prepare finished products for Quality Control
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workplace
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

• Proven experience as a MIG/MAG Welder

• Willingness to work in a 2-shift schedule (with flexibility for future 3-shift work)

• Gross monthly salary between €3,180 and €4,935, depending on experience
• 16% shift allowance (2-shift schedule)
• Prospect of 25% shift allowance when transitioning to a 3-shift schedule
